ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES
JULY 10, 2003
7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present: Ellen Abelson, Paula Keefe and Richard
Gorden
The Board reviewed and approved as amended the minutes to our June 26, 2003
meeting.
The Board read an Appellate Tax Board decision in a case on Castle Drive. The case
was dismissed for lack of prosecution.
The Board read a notice from the Appellate Tax Board approving our transfer of a
case from informal to formal procedure.
The Board reviewed the final version of our encumbrance document for fiscal year
2003.
The Board discussed the personal property form of list for second homes. Taxpayers
have been asking Board members questions about the forms.
The Board decided to hold their next meeting on July 24, 2003.
